Not sure what needs to be done and by what timeframe? We’ll help you go through the planning process and make sure you’re getting things done at the right time.

This is a great service if you aren’t utilizing a day-of coordinator and want to make sure your day runs smoothly. It’s included in our day-of coordinator package.

If we’re your day-of coordinator, we can join your rehearsal to make sure you and your wedding party knows what to do for the ceremony. Otherwise, we’re happy to coordinate and facilitate the rehearsal and the dinner!

Ordering save the dates and/or invitations and need to put them together yourself? We’re happy to do it for you! We’re also happy to help with design elements and point you toward some great vendor/service options.

Have ideas but not sure how to make it all go together? Or do you need someone to bring you ideas? We’re here to help bring a cohesive aesthetic to life with mood boards, personal design elements, and more.

Want some behind the scene footage of your day? Let us come capture your day through iPhone photos and videos!

If you’re a DIY bride or groom, we can help put together your floral arrangements for centerpieces or other accents.

*We are not professional florists and will not do bouquets or intricate design elements.

If you’re lost on what to do for signage, we can help make sure it aligns with the aesthetic of your day. We can create some basic, custom signs and/or point you towards some recommended vendors.

We can research and book transportation for the day of your wedding.

We can research and book hotel blocks for the night/weekend of your wedding.
